Glacier Peak vacuum breaker location?
I’ve started noticing a stronger and stronger sewer / grey smell in the bathroom when the fan is on.
I’m leaning on the vacuum breaker, but I can’t find the darn the thing

I believe they usually put them under the sink but it may also be behind the medicine cabinet.

Air admittance valves (AAV or cheater valves) are usually in the drain lines of sinks right after the P trap. They are usually tucked up under sinks and their failure can cause sewer-like odors in the RV, especially when put under negative pressure, like having a vent fan on or driving with a window or roof vent open.
Vacuum breakers are used in water lines connected to black or grey tank flushers to prevent water backflow into a sanitary water system from your tanks. They are also found under sink cabinets or in closets above the tanks.
You can use Google to search for photos of AAV or vacuum breakers. The cheap AAV used in most RVs look much like just a cap on a vertical drain pipe branching off the sink drain line. Most all of them just unscrew from a threaded end of the drain.

Found it, now what to do about it .
I gave it a twist and it seems pretty solidly attached

it should unscrew counterclockwise. You might use a couple of strap wrenches to hold the pipe and twist the AAV off, if it's the source of the smell. (the nose knows)

My aav under my sink was installed misthreaded. I carefully unscrewed it, then very carefully reinstalled it properly threaded. Problem solved. This might not be your issue though.

I'm certainly getting a smell from somewhere. But you really only notice it strongly with the fan on, or after driving. It seems to have gotten much worse over the last 3 weeks and 2 moves.
Wonder if a home depot version would work better

Looks like ORV has changed manufacturer for the valves. Mine are black and the standard kind. I have no experience with your model. Gray water can be worse than the black sometimes. Mine were hard to remove too.
That said, I went thru this on my last trailer, a toyhauler. Finally found the cause....an unglued ABS pipe union in the vent stack inside the walls. What a major pita repairing that. The fumes were exhausting inside the walls!
Humans put them together, humans make errors is my motto.

I've found that Lowes carries Studor AAV versions that seem to be better quality. Also Oatey Sure-Vent AAV seem pretty good. Some Home Depot stores carry them also, but the cheaper, flat or slightly curved top AAV seem to be more prone to fail. JMHO

By accident.....I was checking my grey tank capacity since the level lights were giving false reading. I was just going to fill the tank until the shower pan started to back up.
Yikes! Wife screams at me there is water running out the bottom of the trailer where it should not be! What a nightmare. Had to open up bathroom walls and dry everything out and then try and find the issue. Found it with a snake scope and cut an opening and glued the pipe. Never more a problem.
Not suggesting you try this!

Oh geez man!! I found an unglued pipe similarly, but lucky it was in the basement. But still, it’s ridiculous.

Well , I made a stop at a dealer (planned) for several warranty items to include this issue
They said they were done, and I then asked if they had changed the AAV
His reply was “that’s a tough thing to do”
I asked “what do you mean, you just unscrew one and screw in another”
To which he replied “yeah but what if that doesn’t solve your problem?”
*stoneface
“Well I have an appointment here in two weeks for the rest of the work, so I could tell you then if it worked ...”
He still refused to change it, I guess I’m on my own there ..
Strange interaction...
