Kelowna RV
Hi everyone, we are looking to purchase an 2019 Timber Ridge from Kelowna RV, can anyone share any experience they have had with this dealership? They seem to have positive reviews from Google. Just looking to work with a good dealer. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe that there was a dealer operating under that name when I retired and moved from Kelowna in 07 . I will go on line and check their location to see if that rings any bells.
55 years in Kelowna and they wouldn't name a street after me so I left town.

OK , the name is slightly different , but the general manager is the same .
If you have any dealings with Randy Woodside the GM . Tell him Skip from the snowmobile club sent you and you want the best deal he can muster.
PM me if you have any trouble. I've known Randy for 30+ years. lol

Hi, It is called Kelowna Truck and RV in West Kelowna and we bought a
new Timber Ridge just over one year ago. Very happy with the transaction.
We are in Terrace and I have seen quite a few Outdoor RV units here since
we bought ours .

We are from the lower mainland, Surrey to be exact. Have a dealer about an hour from us but chose to drive 3 hours to Kelowna Rv to view a Windriver and ultimately buy it 2 yrs ago. Haven't regretted it. Had some warranty issues since and my local dealer gave me a hard time about that. Ended up going back up to Kelowna Rv for the repairs. They didn't even hesitate! That meant 6hrs of driving there and back and all over again to pick up after the repairs! I think you get the picture. All so friendly. Good luck!

We sold an Outdoors RV 2016 23 DBS, It was a great trailer we just really want more room, We try to do a month long trip once a year, the 23 felt a little small for 4 people that long.

Great dealer. I just purchased their creekside 21dbs a few weeks ago. Got a good deal, easy to deal with. I live in prince george and this is the closest place to buy one.. O'Connor's in chilliwack wanted 1-2 thousand more.
Good luck

Kelowna RV
Billy79, When we bought our 230RBI we checked around and the only dealer that was even close to Kelowna T & RV price was Red Deer but decided we weren't going that far for a few 100 dollars. We took our unit back August 2017 for a few issues and they looked after everything. One issue ,We were not happy with the (cheap) queen mattress Outdoors RV supplied and sold it soon after we got home and
bought a good house mattress. We are heading to Yukon for a few weeks mid-June and hope we never leave pavement during our trip.

It's good to hear all the positive reviews! Did you find them willing to negotiate on the price at all? I can't seem to get them to move at all. Just curious, there price is definitely in check.
