Coming up with a way to keep a runner in place on the steps and still be able to remove it as necessary.

An easy battery mod makes service a snap. No More heavy lifting to fill your batteries!

Rv life is all about power and knowing what you have and being able to make it work for you. Being able to get the most out of our batteries only makes the rv lifestyle easier no matter what method you use especially when boondocking. A trimetric battery monitor or another type of monitor keeps you informed so you can change power sources if needed to make things easy. The magnum inverter/charger allows us to use our battery bank instead of our generators to power our 110 appliances and we can replenish that power using the sun with our solar or with our generators during extended cloudy days. It all works together to make our trip more enjoyable and hassle free. The nice thing is our ORV'S are designed to be user friendly with shore power, battery power, propane, solar, leds, pre wiring for solar, and compatible appliances and the ability to use alternative sources of power as the need arises to make things more enjoyable for all of us, no matter where we choose to use them.

Skeetsbo. I want your electrical setup. I've got solar and generator, but no inverter or monitoring. Yours looks slick.

Thanks Fisher99 it's a nice setup and one that won't break the bank but is very functional for our needs.

Added bedside drawer to Creekside 20FQ
I added a drawer in the extra space by the bed. There is plenty of wasted space above the water pump. I'm going to add a smaller drawer in the top section next.
Adding the drawer also made it easier to access the water pump if I have a problem with it.

Looking at all these mods make me want to do something on my TT. But I really heve more storage than I need and I have a 3KW gen in the truck bed. I wish I had some of the cool stuff the new ones have but not going to happen. Guess I'll just go wax the thing.

Somehow I think you've got your's set up to suit your needs and that's what it's all about in the big picture. If you figure out a way to get them to wax themselves I'll bet it would be the best and most popular mod on here!

This is what I use on my vehicles and rvs, closest thing to waxing themselves.
The days of waxing are coming to an end. We use sealants on our cars at work. Wipe on and wipe off, lasts for 2 to 3 years. This stuff lasts about 6 months, because it is only sprayed on.

I just washed mine with the McKees rv product and it looks really nice. I used their sealant initially. But your stuff looks a lot easier to use but it cautioned about sun and in AZ that may be an issue for me. But we really need protection down here with all the uv and heat. It sure looks easy to use and that would make this old guy smile. Nice to see you on the leading edge and keeping us informed otherwise we'd most likely never know. I'll probably give them a call. Thanks Rickeoni.

Very nifty! I knew not about"Pro-fill". But in thinking about my situation, I will stay with my approximate every 6 month or so inspection and fill protocol. In my case, it is worth the effort to remove the locking straps and tops from my two 6 volters and check that all terminals are tight and corrosion is under control. But thanks for posting, a good product to know about.

In your application I wouldn't use one either. But in my compartment things are a bit crowded since Rickeoni showed me 4, 6 volts would fit ( a guy can't get one upped) even though I'm sure it gave me a hernia getting things set in there. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out so Rickeoni's pictorial made the decision for me and eliminated putting batteries in the forward compartment which worked well for my application and wound up giving me more room. He's handy to have around just like many others on here.......but
I'm not going to be sawing into my panels to add a drawer since that gives me visions of terror as my chainsaw gone wild reduces my rig to several large chunks and a big fat bill for new cabinets.
