ORV owners Campout

As Pete suggested is there any interest in having a BC ORV owner get together Campout?...say in Sept. Oct. given the summer commitments. Just a simple weekend to meet each other. If others are interested your more than welcome to attend. Love to have you. Most likely it will be in BC.

Just putting the suggestion out there to gauge the level of interest.
Again depending on dates....I will help out.

Specific Dates, location....yet to be determined ....for what it's worth..not everyone is going to be happy with the date location etc.

If there is enough interest then we go to the next level and get more specific on items.

Your comments and level of interest are requested please.

Post your comments on this thread,PM me or send me an email ldcooperg1@gmail.com

Pete thanks for the suggestion...we will see what happens.

Sounds great, where in Baja California would it be? Lots of great camping on the beach.

Sounds like a neat idea, especially since we are planning a 2-3 week trip up to the Icefields and back in Sept. Will keep an eye on this thread for more info!!

Great idea! We would love to join a bunch of Canucks in their backyard! Can you line up a local dealer to put on a moose BBQ and provide lots of quality swag?

Timing is everything. We perhaps can do late September or early Oct.

As our contribution, we can show photos of our grandchildren, or lead a Q&A session on RVing in the USA or Europe.

I know So Cal very well and I have experience showing Canadians the sights. This would be a perfect time to camp in Palm Springs, not much hotter than La Grande.

I am really getting interested! Larv's elk and geocache's moose on the barbie! Maybe wrapped in Canadian bacon! And a wee dram (or two) of Canadian Club for libation!

Not intending to steal this thread, just a question:

As mentioned, we are heading to BC/Icefields in Sept, and wondering where it would be best to post questions on parks and campgrounds. Here, the Canada forum, or ??.

Thanks!!!
