Porch Lights Failing

I have a 2015 Windriver 250RDS. The porch lights are failing. A few of the individual lights are going out. I haven’t been able to find the same replacement lights online. Frankly, given the the short timeframe theses lights have lasted, I really don’t want to replace them with the same lights. Any suggestions for replacement lights? Also, I don’t know the output of the stock lights on the trailer, so I don’t know what is comparable when purchasing new lights. Thanks!

Not sure what lights you are talking about. Do you mean the LED strip lights under the awning or an actual fixture? A picture would go a long way in helping you. Maybe throw "RV exterior light" in the search bar for Amazon or google and look for one that is the same.

You can also email todd.morton@outdoorsrvmfg.com with you vin number or at least year and model and ask where to get replacements.

Your best option is ORV for info.

They should not be failing that soon, unless water penetrated the fixture.
I guess it depends on how often they are used.

Mine were starting to look bad so I replaced them with same type only a little longer and they really light up the area.

They're made by a company called Optronics. Below is the contact info.
Ours started going out a few years ago.
I think they had some bad batches during the 2014-2015 build years.
I contacted them with pictures and they were kind enough to replace both of them no-charge.
Been fine ever since.

You can definitely get them from ORV Parts. I have gotten them from there. For Canadians or travellers in Canada I found that Canadian Tire stores have them. The other place I have been able to find Optronics lights is etrailer. I have had both my porch lights fail a couple times. Not sure if it’s an electrical problem or light quality issue. They always lose a couple or more of the leds. I have never had the entire light fail.

Amazon.ca also has Optronics and the Opronics webpage states lifetime LED warranty on most of their LED products.
