My father bought his first Prowler TT from the original Mr. Thompson back when I was a kid. And then bought others from him as well.
My first experience with them was last fall when I had my Wind River winterized. I purchased it from Broadmoor RV in Tri-Cities and while the sales experience was very good, my experience with their service department was not.
In any case, when it came time to winterize I knew I wasn't going back to Broadmoor so I made an appointment at Thompson RV. They were friendy, courteous, knowledgeable, and on schedule. I have to admit that I was thinking the worst when I picked up the trailer and the service manager told me that not only was it winterized, but they had checked all of the seals and caulking on the roof and had re-caulked some areas that looked sketchy. They had quoted a lower price for winterizing than Broadmoor and another local dealer, so I thought "ok, this is their game. Lure you in with a low price and then charge for un-requested services", but I was happily surprised when the bill he gave me was for the quoted price. I commented on that and he said "that's just part of the service that we provide".
Needless to say, my future RV service will be done at Thompson.
I should also note that they had a very good selection of Wind River trailers, but of course that was last fall so I don't know what they currently have in stock. They do have a pretty decent website that lists their inventory however.
