You're probably right on the center support. I could use a little more support myself. But, at this stage of life it seems even a simple project can turn ugly without warning. First warning, will it require drilling a hole in the wall.

There is a very slight sag in our awning. I'll just monitor it until I see a noticable change. But the leaky rain gutter "seam"/butt joint above the rear door was a big annoyance ("rain drops keep falling my head") for a couple of years. None of our attempts at sealing that joint worked. I ended up running a 3 foot long strip of 2" wide white Gorilla tape above the rear door and under the awning where it attaches to the side of the trailer. Works great and it is barely noticable. Hooray for me!

Bob

P.S. It is hard to believe that ORV has not relocated, or eliminated, this joint! They tried, unsuccessfully, to seal ours at the factory in 2014.

My awning is 21ft long and noticed it sagged in the middle. Ordered one (center support) and had my local RV repair shop put it on. No more sag and I have to believe it supports it well enough for driving over the potholes in the roads.
Note: I believe these came out after mine was built?

Also there is a seem in the gutter right above the door where water was leaking through. A little frustrating when I was so excited to be buying a higher end trailer that is a better quality build.

Lengths of gutter come in 20' pieces. Every new trailer I have bought it has leaked between sections of gutter. My new ORV during my walk-thru I had them caulk that seam on both sides. That should be something the factory does automatically.
