Wood and Stain to match factory cabinets?

We are looking to add a couple of things to our 2016 Creekside 23DBS.

If anyone has been through the process of figuring what type of wood (oak, pine, etc.) and stain matches the factory color and can share that we'd be extremely appreciative.

Remove a cabinet door and take it to a good full service paint store. They can identify the wood species and mix stains to match. Interior wood finishes are sprayed on not hand brushed or wiped onto commercial cabinets. This can make it harder for a DIYer to accurately match the existing mill work.

I couldn't find Alder Wood from any of our wood suppliers either. I found that Birch was reasonably close, it's about as soft as Alder, the grain is close and the grain looks somewhat the same when you stain it. However, I became frustrated trying to find the pieces of wood I needed for specific projects.

My favorite cabinet builder uses Maple, which is a bit of a harder wood, but it works nice and I managed to make up a stain that came close enough of a match to be OK. Not perfect, but OK. The stain that Outdoors RV uses must have some kind of an orange tint in it that I just couldn't quite match.

I contacted the factory for the stain and/or paint. They couldn't supply the stain and could not supply any info on it. They couldn't supply the paint, but gave me a Sherwin Williams paint formula which was somewhat close, but I did a better job getting a paint match by taking a wood sample to our local paint store.
