The Energy Management Unit 2 (EMU 2) according to the manual is not a converter it only controls the operation of the air conditioners on 30 AMP Shore power.

Rob,
Time to get out the voltmeter and start checking for voltage. If you have 120 at the pedestal outlet but not at the main panel in the RV, your transfer switch may be the culprit. The transfer switch automatically switches the power source for the RV between the generator and the power cord based on which source has voltage. The problem could be loose wires, sticky relays or failed relays. If you don't have voltage at the transfer switch, the issue is in your power cord itself.
Good Luck!

never forget to give a quick check for any GFI outlets. I've learned that one the hard way.
