Rusty rotting wood bathroom floor

I have a 2004 rexhall 37' rexair double slide out with hwh hydraulics.
The floor flooded a couple of years ago. I replaced it with
composite decking and resin and seemed solid. Now i have noticed the outside frame of the slide is completely rusted and can see outside thru the bathroom floor. The holding tank moves in and out with the slide and i'm worried about it falling off if the slide frame is holding it. I have looked underneath and can't tell how the holding tank is beeing fastened to the coach. It has three 4 " rollers it sits on and rolls back over the fuel tank.how much weight is supported by the outside edge of the slide out frame?
The floors weak movement in the restroom is in the center 2 feet from the outside edge.i think i need to replace the steel frame that goes around the outside floor edge of the slide out. Anybody out there have any words of wisdom? Thx dave
