Slider problem

1999 34' single slide, gas Aerbus here. Left my machine at local dealer to replace slider awning spring and found the slider open about 3-4" and unwilling to move either in or out. I can hear the hydraulic pump, the feet come up and down, but no action on the single slide, driver side. When I try to extend the hydraulic line certainly tenses up under pressure. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The dealer caused the problem! They tried to slide out without turning on the engine. The awning spring hasn't been replaced yet.

Have you tried contacting "AZPETE?" He works for HWH and has helped many forum members diagnose their HWH system issues. You can send him a private message on the forum.

Good luck!
