We have had ours since Feb. 9th and love the layout. Like most we started smaller, 25ft single slide and raising a grandson. Too small so we went 35ft double slide bunk house. Worked really well a separate room for him. Then he went back to mom and we had a "storage room". We knew from them, seeing 5W's as we camped, and discussions about the perfect layout we knew what we would look for. Head to AZ for a winter break and looked at the many units for sale, then we see the G353RKT. It is exactly what our perfect 5W would look like, and we left with the KZ. It was a vacation trip not a shopping trip.
We have a 1000 miles or so, had an issue with the main TV turned out to be a bad booster. The frig leaked water out the front and I called Norcold, they sent a kit to deflect the water to the drain pan on the back wall. Found the kitchen sink leaked from both drain strainers. I pulled them and there was a paper gasket that I replaced with plumbers putty. Didn't find that in the PDI wife noticed when she had water under the sink after doing dishes. We have the auto levelers and always had manuals before. There is a learning curve and the manual supplied at delivery was a different control head. Contact Lippert and they sent a link to the correct system. If you need it I can send that along. jetzen here on the forum has found the cloths rod in the bedroom sags with a lot of cloths and did a support for the middle.
Trailer life magazine has a review of the Duragno Golds this month, different model but the builds the same, pretty positive.
So far it tows well, is stable in wind, the basement ate everything from my trade and looks empty. I think you will love your as much as I do mine.
Learn from others mistakes, you'll never live long enough to make them all yourself.
