Basic Info Model 36G

Installed Saf-T-Plus steering stabilizer. One of the best add-ons I could do. Would not go without one.
Added gutter extensions on the rear to help keep water from AC and rain causing streaks down the side of the coach. Added Max Air vent cover over the fantastic fan in the kitchen. This fan was not the auto closing type.
Installed exhaust elbow extension to move exhaust heat away from the front of the tow vehicle. Heat from the DP exhaust caused right front tire pressure to go way up and was getting front bumper hot. 4" diameter chrome exhaust elbow 18" long cured that problem.

Interior

Added LED strip lighting for indirect accent lighting under and over the cabinets in the kitchen. Also behind the valance on the passenger side behind the recliners and beside the dinette. Added them also under and above the cabinets in the bathroom for more light, and installed natural light LEDs beside the mirrors as a makeup mirror light for the wife. She loves it!
Had an Amish friend make a 2 drawer setup for the big open cabinet that was so hard to get stuff in and out of. Made it into a pantry. He matched the cabinet wood perfectly, and it fit like a glove.
Added Winnebago latch under microwave to keep door from popping open when driving.

Customizations

Removed the sleep sofa from the front, and replaced it with Thomas Payne double power reclining chairs purchased from Camping World. Makes it more usable for us as we do not sleep on the sofa, and it was not as comfortable to sit in and watch TV as these recliners.
Added an actual latch to Whirlpool refrigerator to stop using a stupid screw knob to hold it shut!
Added LED lighting in water bay to help me see at night.

Renovations and Repairs

Had several ceiling lights that were out when we got the coach, Camping World replaced them all under warranty.
Went to FCCC Service in Gaffney, SC and had my coach aligned and weighed on all 4 corners. Man does it drive great after the factory service guys take care of it.
Had to get 3 vacuum servo motors for the "Max" AC system, or vacuum pump would run all the time trying to close the fresh air vent in the AC system. First 2 lasted only about 3 months each. 3rd one has been on there for a good while now.
Winnebago Factory Customer Service resealed lower storage compartments, and replaced all the slide out motors and mounts. Had to replace driver's side rear slide out seal, and the passenger side front slide rear seal for water leaking in.
All seats were replaced due to a bad batch of ultra leather. Water pump was replaced. Windshield was replaced after our trip to Alaska in the summer of 2018.
Used 3M 5200 to glue the hood latches and prop rod bracket onto the front cap when they came loose.
Refinished dinette table to repair deep scratch in it originally. 3 coats of Spar Urethane, polished to automotive like finish, and waxed. Can't keep placemats on it now!!!
Added a support pole in the rear closet to prevent clothes from bouncing and breaking the hanging rod.
Added LED lighting to the stairs to help see the steps at night.

Tow Vehicle

Originally a 2002 Town & Country LXi Van on an Acme Tow Dolly. Found a used 2005 Jeep Liberty, using a Blue Ox setup, now towing 4 down.
