Basic Info Bought for the trailer (only $500!) in May 2017 with plans to completely reconstruct for full-time living.
Approx 16' cabin space, 7.5' wide, dual axle.
Doing all the work ourselves until we can't. Any and all useful advice greatly appreciated and needed!
Money a huge factor. Making renovations as dollars float in.
Exterior
None yet

Interior
Everything taken out to begin renovation.
Will retain original stove/oven;
Need to test original Dometic 3 way fridge/freezer;

Customizations
Will be changing to compost type toilet, on demand hot water heater, solar panels, multi-purpose interior furnishings

Renovations and Repairs
Slowly gutting, down to trailer, due to subfloor rot and wall rot.
Rebuilding using 2x4s and Ecofriendly and/or free building materials as much as possible.
Retaining siding, windows, door and screen door.
Changing out flush toilet for compost type toilet;

Tow Vehicle
1998 Toyota SR5 4-runner. Max towing 3500#
Modifications done at a later time.

Favorite Camping Destinations
Hope to be in working condition and on the road by Spring 2018. Will most likely be sticking to family and friends in MN and ND first year.
