Basic Info I bought this 12 seater window van to have lots of flexibility. Most of the seats are easily removable and I am able to have a bed and plenty of storage leaving 5 seats in. I did have a class C RV for a year, but hated paying a monthly storage fee out of my modest retirement income. My neighborhood HOA does not allow RVs at residences, so buying this van was my way of circumventing this, since it's not technically an RV!
Interior
Removed seven of the twelve seats & will likely remove the single third row seat as well. I'm trying to keep everything modular & lightweight, so I can easily change the configuration as needed. My bed consists of two 24" x 36" dunnage racks, topped by a 24" x 75" tri-fold 4" memory foam mattress. The racks are heavy duty plastic and will support up to 750lbs each, while only weighing 7 lbs! I found all these items on Amazon. The bed is 12" tall, so there's lots of storage space underneath!

Customizations
I am currently looking for someone who can install a 30 amp plug in the side of the van and a Fantastic Fan on top. Any recommendations are appreciated! Eventually, I would love to have a nice solar set-up.
