Charlotte NC Routing Error!

Heading South from Virginia through Charlotte the RVTW gave me the following directions. I used the loop instead via my GPS. Once I got into Charlotte I was really surprised that these lanes were for two axles only. I had my setting on RV routing.

12:Continue on I-77 S (Charles M Shelton Pkwy) toward Statesville.66.5 mi
13:Keep left onto I-77 Express Lanes.2.0 mi
14:Keep left onto I-77.0.2 mi
15:Keep left onto I-77 Express Lanes.3.2 mi
16:Keep left onto I-77.0.4 mi
17:Keep left onto I-77 Express Lanes.4.2 mi
18:Keep left onto I-77.0.4 mi
19:Keep left onto I-77 Express Lanes.3.1 mi
20:Keep left onto I-77.7.0 mi
21:Keep left onto I-77 HOV Ln S.0.9 mi
22:Keep left onto I-77.13.0 mi
23:Continue on I-77.58.5 mi

I saw them this year for the first time. They are both north and southbound. I'm not surprised the GPS doesn't show them because they are new. But they are meant to be express lanes. No trucks or RV's. I don't think a GPS will ever show them because there is lots of signage. I think it's a great idea. Don't have to put up with local traffic is just passing thru.

came thru there last week, express lanes were empty regular lanes crowded.
either they are works as designed or no one is using them.

GPS had no idea they existed, just winged it and followed the signage

People need to study them and understand where to get on and off. you can miss your exit if you arn't careful and have to go miles out of your way.

The express lanes are toll where the regular lanes are not.
