Is anyone else having an issue with the copy map feature? I hit copy map, rename it, hit copy, and it thinks for a second or two then locks up/goes back to new trip/open trip screen.

I've tried two different computers (windows) and three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and MS Edge).

I've also logged out, logged back in, and restarted my pc.

No problems doing this using Firefox and Windows.

Yes I'm using chrome on a windows machine and it is locking up. I have done this in the past and it worked?

Tried using explorer and same thing copy happens and then it locks up.

It worked for me in the past as well. Good to know it's not just me.

I jus tried Chrome and Firefox, same problem. I used the copy feature last week with no problem. I'll report it.

Having the same issue on my MAC using Safari browser. Frustrating!

The 'Copy' feature is not working for me either. It was just a day or two ago. Must be a new feature (that it doesn't work anymore,

I had reported the problem late yesterday and RVTW was able to duplicate the non-working copy. I was told it would be fixed ASAP, probably within 24 hours. Happy to hear copy is working again.
