How to insert a "flight leg" on one trip map?

I've got two stops, A & B, already mapped. There's an airline flight leg from B to C. Then the trip continues on the ground C to D to E to F.

Can I stop the trip map at B. And start the trip map again at C (many miles away) without an en route line between B & C? (How the RV gets from B to C is not part of the trip.)

I know I can make two separate trips, but I'd love to have the whole trip on one map. Thanks.

You might get away with creating a non-stop leg for the flight, then zeroing out all the costs, and adding the fuel in as well, so it just looks like a long, non-stop no cost leg. You can't do anything about the miles however...they will still rack up.
