RVTW not opening

Did a search and could not find help.

Suddenly yesterday I was unable to open RVTW for the large cross country trip I am currently planning. I am concerned that is corrupted? My other 4 trips open fine. When I log in (since my cross country trip was last it tries to load) I see the different elements start to launch, but stops within a second. The load status bar goes to about 25%, hangs for a second and then moves quickly to 100%. Everything is grayed out except the gear icon. I usually use Internet Explore 11. Have tried Edge and Fire Fox. Have tried on iPad and iPhone as well. Rebooted and deleted history and cookies.

Send them a note, RVTW can probably recover the trip.



One thing I have learned, not just with RVTW but all mapping programs, is to have multiple files. I usually have a file for every state. I find it easier to deal with and plan with. IMO.

So, I did contact RVTW through their support link. It was some characters that somehow got into the request string sent that they had to remove. Took a full day and a half to resolve. If I had been on the road that would have been an issue.
