For some reason I cannot print my trips using Chrome. I have my Ad blocker turned off. The trip will pop up then lock on the map and just run and run. I can print using Firefox.

What am I doing wrong or what has changed?

Chrome seems to have a lot of problems.

Chrome did recently add a popup blocker, you will need to enable popups for the print information to load. Please make sure that the popup blocker is disabled for Trip Wizard.

Next, you may want to clear your browser's cache. If there is some old code causing the issue, this will correct it.

I did your suggestions, but it still won't print.

I just printed to a PDF with no issues. Did get prompted to allow pop-ups, then printed again and it worked fine. Make sure Chrome is updated, reboot, etc. Also test with other trips, and another browser, just to rule out any other computer issues.

I think my issue may be Adobe related. I use to be able to save my trips to Adobe, but I can't now. I did an Adobe update last week.

I have updated Chrome, cleared my cache and turned off my adblockers.

I am now confused. What would Adobe have to do with printing?

BTW I printed from Chrome fine but I haven't updated Chrome in a long time.

I am using the new beta version of the Microsoft Edge browser, which is based on the Chromium engine. I am able to print just fine from it.

I think this is a pure Chrome issue. He said he could print from Firefox.

I don't know, but before when I clicked to print Chrome gave me a choice to either print or save it to a PDF using Adobe. I was also able to save it to my desktop where I could review and print later if I wanted to. Now when I click to print it just runs. At the bottom is shows "waiting for maps.googleapis.com".
