If you call Northwood Manufacturing in LaGrande Oregon, they can probably answer your question. They have been extremely helpful to us and we purchased a used travel trailer so there was no profit to them other than hope an owner will purchase new in the future..

I think that type of response speaks highly about the company. We hope to purchase a new Northwoods Arctic Fox camper when we retire and plan on making long road trips to remote places for several years. We feel we purchased a high quality travel trailer and appreciated the excellent customer service when we had questions, especially since answering questions cost them money because payroll is involved every time an employee answers the phone..

We repeatedly read that their customer service is above and beyond and we experienced it ourselves. We have owned many RVs in our lifetime but have never owned one as thoughtfully appointed as our Nash 22H. It is sturdy, tows like a dream, has lots of features we could not find in competitor brands such as lots of useful storage and plenty of outlets and lights. It stays very comfy inside due to more insulation, something we really appreciate because the heater doesn't have to cycle on and off all night. Our trailer prior to this was a 30' Airstream which we sold due to low ground clearance and cost of repair of the aluminum siding- unsightly dings are a fortune to repair. And I never could get over the concave interior which bothered me but not my husband. The Airstream did tow well too.

Just this year we spent a small fortune on a high quality, small cabin cruiser by Ranger Tug and will never look back. The quality is apparent and appreciated every time we head out on the water. We have owned high quality boats and not so high quality boats. We chose a smaller boat so we could afford the higher quality. We feel the same way about our Nash 22H. Our tow vehicle is a 3/4 ton diesel so we could have gone in for a larger rig for the same price but lesser quality. Instead we chose to go with a floor plan that lives bigger than it's size in a high quality trailer.
