AT&T to Alaska

We're on the 25 Gb plan with AT&T, and encountered no real problems going to the Baja. NO extra charges and fair coverage.

What can we expect going to Alaska?

We are at Muncho Lake and have no phone service. We lost service out of Fort Nelson.

Typically, you won't get cell unless you're in or near a city. Enjoy the breather from it!!

Currently in the Kenai and Homer areas, had to go pick up a AT&T phone today since there is no verizon. I could make calls just couldn't get to the internet.

Once in Alaska AT&T is very good. All major towns have cell service. Many of the highways are also covered

I might add if you don't have a Canadian plan with your phone AT&T roaming charges in Canada are $1.00 per minute
