12v goes dead

I have a 2007 artic fox 990 truck camper
Bought new.suddenly I have an issue w/12volt system going dead. Batteries are charged. Must be a loose wire/connection. When plugged into gen. Or 120v. Works fine. When only using batteries though it will just totally shut down. Intermittent problem. Anybody experienced similar problems?. Everything has worked good til this year. Any help would be appreciated. Wiring diagram from manufacturer is pretty worthless.

Did you make sure the battery cutoff switch is not shut off?

Did you verify the master fuse or breaker is passing power?

When on hookups, are you getting charge voltage to the batteries?

Can you charge the batteries with an external charger and use the batteries?

How old are the camper batteries?

Cutoff is on and connections tight.i checked all fuses &breakers, but heavenly pulled the panel to check 4 power. If i jump the rv batteries with an external generator everything works good. If i run the truck 4 a while sometimes i can srart my own genset. It is electric stary only.when its on everything works. When the 12 v. Kicks in batteries show full charge. Batteries on on trickle thru the winter and seem fine. Last time i came home from camping, i didnt plug it for 2 weeks. Batt.s held full charge. Then suddenly shut off. Batts. Are 2 years old and a brand i've used in my boat. They usually last 5 years.

Follow the ground and power wires off your batteries to the rest of the camper. you have a break or loose connection somewhere. It sound like you only get 12vdc when you are connected to the truck or the convertor is being powered by an AC source.
