Advice for Tie Downs, etc.

I have purchased a 6-1/2 ft. Capri TC and need advice about tie downs. Camper weight is less than 1000 lbs. When I picked up the camper it was bolted to floor of my truck. This arrangement makes it inconvenient to remove the camper and to put it back on the truck. Any suggestions for a better way to safely tie down camper to my F250? Also, the air conditioner and one light are on 110; other lights and the water pump for shower and sink are 12V wired to run off of the truck battery. Should I install a seperate battery? Can the 12V be converted to 110?

Thanks to all who replied to my previous Newbie questions. The responses were a great help and definitely saved me from making a big, expensive mistake.
