Clearance lights on truck camper

I recently purchased a Northstar truck camper with two burned out clearance lights. Can the bulbs be changed, or does the entire light fixture need to be changed? I tried to pull the lens caps, but it seems to be a one piece unit, and I didn't want to do any damage, so I thought I would seek some advice here before proceeding. Thanks for any assistance.

You did not identify the brand name of the light. Bulbs can be replaced. Sometimes you have to remove the entire fixture to get to the bulb from behind. Remember to use sealant around fixture after replacing bulb to keep moisture out.
