Just bought a Damon Daybreak 3270 year 2002 (based in the UK) with lounge/dinette slide, having a problem getting the slide back in fully, appears to be catching at the top front corner, the gap at each end is not the same, the rear has more clearance than the front, is it possible to adjust the slide so that is more central

Some are, some are not, In North America there are 2 slide mechanism used in TC's, I doubt any of them are used in European campers. There are 2 basic concepts, a toothed gear moving a slotted strip or 2 meshed gears. Usually there will be 2 rails. If so it is very likely you have a slipped a tooth which would account for the twisting. If you can supply photos (esp of the mechanism), I can put you in touch with a manufacturer who may be able to give you a hint on how to rectify the situation. In fact if your register at www.natcoa-forum.com and post them there, there are 3 or 4 manufacturers who may be able to steer you in the right direction.

I was bringing my slide in one day and it stopped half way and sounded like it was binding. I raised the jacks and then the slide came in no problem. Not because the jacks were binding the slide but because I was low on hydrolic fluid. Raising the jacks lent some fluid to power the slide. Had a leaking slide ram.

Probably not the case with yours but couldnt hurt to check.
