F350-Lance 992 Suspension

I have a 2011 F350 Crew Cab with a 2011 Lance 992. The tie downs are TorkLift with FastGuns. Currently I have no cabover struts. I installed Airbags and Bilstein shocks. The factory sway bar which come with the factory "camper package" looks a little puny to me.
The ride with the truck loaded still feels like it could use some improvement. This is my first Cab-over so I was hoping someone with more experience could offer some suggestions for further enhancements.

We owned a Lance 992 for two years and did a fair amount of traveling with it.
We went up the Alaska Highway, crossed Canada from BC into Ontario.

Our truck is a Dodge Diesel, one ton dually. When we put the 992 on the truck we attached the old style turnbuckle tie downs after we put belly bars under the truck. No air bags or any other suspension gadgets.

It worked fine for us. No problems.

At one trip the computer on the truck died and we were pulled behind a tow truck from Dease Lake on the Cassiar Highway to Smithers BC, a distance of about 800 km.

The reason we sold the 992 is because my wife was disappointed with the storage space. We recently bought a new Northern Lite SE, which has way more storage space, but of course no slide outs.

Other than that we think the Lance 992 is a great camper, we liked the quality workmanship.

I have a 2003 3500 Dodge SRW with a Lance 408 basicly a 9.5ft. I have Firestone airbags and they are great to lift the camper off the overload springs and get a better ride. I am looking at some Helliwig sway bars, they are 1 5/16" thick and look like they would help for the sway.

1) SRW or DRW?
2) What pressure do you run your ties at?

Sorry should of mentioned that it is a SRW. Currently the rears are 80 and fronts 65

With a 992 on any SRW truck, you will always have some side-to-side rocking (sway). Bilstein makes some fine shocks, but not for hauling a large TC on an SRW truck. You really need Rancho 9000XL shocks on your truck so you can really turn up the dampening force. You might also consider running a little more air in your tires; maybe 85R & 75F. The other thing you might look into are Torklift Stable Loads if you have the factory overload springs. Helwig has recently come out with a very stiff sway bar specifically for hauling TC's; I forget the name.
