I have owned a Hallmark camper for 3 years and like the camper, however the management has recently changed at Hallmark and their service now leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately good people retire. My new camper will be an Outfitter.

I recently ordered a Hallmark, and have had no problems so far. My contact there is Matt. As for Outfitter, last time I contacted them the owner (Brian) called me something a business doesn't normally call a customer.

Jim,

Did you just join iRV2 to make one post bashing a manufacturer while proving no details?

That would appear to be the case. He obviously has nothing worthwhile to contribute to these forums. He joined, logged in, made one post, has never been back, and does not accept emails.

Hmmmm, . . . that sounds a lot like a spammer. Probably should get the same treatment.
