Hello from Newbie

Hi, I'm new on this site, although I've been camping since the 1960s. I had a van, tents, popups and a travel trailer. Now I have a TC. I recently purchased a 1972 Amerigo truck camper to rebuild. It wasn't until I got home that I found out just how much rebuilding I was in for. I was looking for a hobby, but may have found a career. I have a blog page for the rebuild at Amerigo_Rebuild | This site is about rebuilding a 1972 Amerigo Truck Camper. I'm still tearing out but should be starting the reconstruction soon. I welcome any and all comments and suggestions. Thanks. Carey

Looks like you have a true project on you hands. Don't damage that plexi glass front window, I'm sure there aren't a lot of those around.

Oh I feel your pain ! I am in the middle of a rebuild on an older Lance. I finally decided the cost was too high. These things always seem to become more involved and expensive than anticipated.

I went out and bought a new AF. I'll finish the Lance, but not
to the level I had planned
