Sorry all,

I was trying to post a picture of a red Ford truck with a vintage camper in the bed...it was cool. Didn't work, can't get it to cut and paste.

Some of them remind me of our first TC's. First was a 1972 Security and 1965 GMC truck. After one trip across the US and back I replaced the GMC with a 1969 F-250 4wd that I converted to diesel using a Perkins 6-354 engine, International 5 speed transmission with OD 5th and a 2 speed Watson with direct and over. Fuel mileage went from 9 mpg to 15 mpg with the camper on at between 65 and 70 mph. We used that for annual trips across the US and back until 1993 when we bought a 1992 Caribou and 1989 Dodge Cummins that we used until last year when we bought a Flair MH. Loved them all.
