Lance camper Blk water tank needs new straps?

well luckily I noticed that 2 of the three straps that hold the 10 gal black water tank on my 9'6" 93' lance camper were hanging. The lag bolts had rusted. the one in the middle was holding things... not a pleasant thought for the 3rd failure. My BIL said just keep driving. LOL
SO I have new SS lags and bought some 1000# tie down to harvest the nylon webbing from but looking at the old straps I am wondering if they are Kevlar?
they are thicker than my new 1.5" wide webbing. I can double up my new webbing or does Lance use Kevlar?
