need help in figuring what type of truck camper I can use on my truck

I have a F250 Super Duty Crew cab truck, with a GRW of 10,000. I would like to buy a slide in camper with one slide out, and need to know what kink of camper is available for my truck type. As well, need to know what needs to be customized on my truck for it.

The first step is to go weigh the truck with normal passenger load. It should be around 7200# give or take depending on model, 2 or 4 wheel drive and accessories.

This would leave you 10000 -7200# for a net payload of 2800# for a camper. So you will need to take off for the supplies and cargo yo will carry....say 500# minimum and that leaves a 2300 maximum for the unloaded camper and lifting jacks.

But to know for sure, go weigh the truck first.
