Hi, I have a newer Lance Squier Lite, I got brake and turn lights but no running lights.I checked out all the conections and fuses and they are fine, so it must be in the camper somewhere. Any help out there?

Desert Steve, Welcome to irv2 What type of siding do you have on your slide-in if its aluminum the siding has to be grounded to your incoming plug connector. If you have a meter check from gnd of plug to siding to see if you have continuity between them. When I rewired my sons slide in, the gnd was missing to the siding, the run lites screws gnd one side of lite to gnd on siding. If you have two wires from every lite the gnd's are all pig tailed together. If your lites loop battery form one to the other may have a short thru bulb to gnd also. If you don't have on truck use a spare battery for testing. Let us know how you make out.---"007"

Welcome to the site!
What "007" said. Check the ground for the running lights. Often (too often) the corrosion will eat thru the connection.

Hello & Welcome Desert Steve:

After thinking about your question, I am assuming that you also have no tail lights as well as running lights, since you indicated that you only had brake and turn signals. I think you should also check the wiring on the truck at the plug for power, the connection, the umbilical cord, into the camper. If you have an ohm meter you can check to see if you have continuity from one of the running lights to the plug on the umbilical cord. I had a problem on with my trailer and found that the wire on the truck had come loose at the plug.

I hope the suggestions help. Let us know what you find.

Dave
