Update 01/15/06
We are making progress for the tour. I spoke to Eric and he is still trying to get a commitment from Lance on the exact time of the Lance Tour, so far we are still planning on
3pm, Thursday March 30th, then camping somewhere local (possible a Thousand Trails campground close to the factory) Thursday night. We do need to know ASAP all commitments for the tour and camping so final arrangements can be made. Leave for Pismo Friday after breakfast, arrive Pismo, set up camp, have fun. We would like to hear if a Saturday night (Potluck) would be of interest to anyone (respond here or send me an email (budster59@gmail.com). Any and all suggestions would like to be heard, don't be shy!
Please check the list below, let me know if there are any changes to your plans, email me with your real name and names of who will be attending with you.

Here's another fun group thing to do:
"Omelet in a bag" breakfasts.
Get a quart size ziplock freezer bag (these heavy duty bags work the best) add your name to the outside (for identification purposes) add your eggs, squeeze the bag to make it scrambled, drop it into boiling water, 8-10 minutes later it's done, have fixins ~ cheese/bacon/salsa/onions/whatever available, grab a flour tortilla, add your eggs and fixins, have a breakfast burrito! Let me know if this of interest for Pismo.
I've done this for years with the kids, and most recently at an rv.net rally, see thread here:
http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fu...g/1/page/1.cfm excerpt quoted from rv. net by 96Bounder30E:
There is no reason to make them at home and freeze them.......... you can however make or chop your ingredients at home and freeze the meat items and refrigerate the other stuff......... on site you simply break 2 eggs into each freezer bag and them drop them into boiling water....... since eggs come in their own convenient little packages there is no need to break them ahead of time and freeze them.
along with paper plates and disposable silverware if you put the meats, veggies and cheese in zip lock bags their is virtually no dishes to be washed afterwards.... (this is a good thing when boondocking)
