Slide adjustment

The bedroom slide, when extended stops when the bottom of the slide compresses the seal. The top is still about 1/2" from the seal.
On my last camper the top always touched first and when the bottom became tight it was done. What is the solution?
The large livingroom slide acts a bit differently. It surges a bit from it's own weight while being opened or closed. The fabric on the slide bottom is wrinkling and the wall covering is starting to pull away from the sandwich construction. It seems to me that the support on the bottom is lacking. What is the solution?

What is your motor home and do you know who made your slide motor parts?
