We are buying a 2008 Sun Lite 955 SD truck camper and I have been looking for information about the camper to truck wiring. Does anyone know what connector is used on the camper and what the pin out is? I have already wired a 7 pin RV connector in the front of my truck bed, but I don't have a clue what the camper uses.
We thought we would try the truck camper to see if we like it for short trips. It cost so much to pull the 33 ft travel trailer some where just for a night or 2.

Contact Sun Lite. They seem to respond to email questions. I had a Sun Lite once but found the quality somewhat lacking. Good luck!

We picked up the Sun Lite 955SD on July 2. So far we like it. It was in Arkansas which is 900 miles from where we live, so we camped 3 nights coming home. The first night was in the Graceland RV Park in Memphis, the next night was at the KOA in Nashville TN, and the last night was at the Flying J in Wythville VA. I got 19.5 MPG on the truck going out running 75 MPH and 15 MPG coming back with the camper running 65, that was about what I expected. It is better than the 10.5 I get pulling the travel trailer.
I have tried to attach a picture of the camper right after it was loaded on our truck, we will see if it worked or not.
