Question This is weird. My electric camper jacks are working backwards.

My Happijac's are working backwards for some reason. I pushing the up button on my remote and it goes down.
Must have a safety switch on the slider because my jacks only work when my slider is out. It would be much safer if the slider was in when lifting.

Model of jacks is 4150.

Thanks.

Over 90% of 12V issues are due to poor ground. Insure the ground circuit is clean and tight all the way from the jacks to the tow vehicle.

I would think its just the negative & positive wires are hooked up backwards

New problem or old problem.

Some controllers are a little confusing the way they are marked. eg Pushing the UP button raises the camper so of course the jacks go down.
