Wobble stopper

Planning on making my own stopper today, using my fast guns as the bracket with a lock collar on the leg to hook onto! Any ideas from someone that has done it is welcome,I fabricate a lot of my own stuff on the farm but always like to see what others do! Thanks!

I'm building a brace that goes from camper to jack,I will post pic in a bit,the paint is drying where I welded to the lock collar,I should of used stainless but I couldn't get them as fast and each lock collar was like $30 instead of $15. So 188 where do those brackets go and how do they mount?

Ground camping

These brackets are for when you unload on the ground and use your truck to make the camper more stable

It's a anti raddle clamp to keep your receiver style hitch from clunking in the tube.

Not hitch wobble

This keeps the camper from wobbling when unloaded and I just made it.The fast guns and other tie downs are spring loaded so I took it apart and threaded a washer nut on shaft then put bact together so when I use fast gun for the wobble brace I tighten the nut to close spring tight then install on jack and it's awesome firm camper!! In the Pic I still need to make what I'm going to hook to on camper but you get idea, even hooked into hard rubber bumbler the camper is firm not much wobble at ALL !! I drilled a hole in bumper to test idea and it works!

Great

As you can see it's only hooked to the rubber bumper and still makes the camper firm,I had to plant a hay field so I let it sit like this for now, just want to plan how I'm going to mount that end, most likely the 2 bolts that hold bumper on I will make a stainless plate that goes behind with a eye to hook in then bolt bumper back on but it really firmed things up,this camper is about 5500 lbs or more loaded with all I carry!! The key here is the nut that tightens down to co laps the spring inside the torklift fast gun tie down, camper still wobbled with out doing that.
