a chance in a million

we had a one in a million chance of this happening. we live in northern mi. and about a week and a half ago sold a tow bar to a gentleman in illinois. while traveling from mi. to fla. in the past couple of days we were sitting in the texas t campground in cornersville tn.(nice campground by the way) a couple pulled in next to us and as conversation entailed he started telling me of his first trip pulling a toad as looked at his tow bar i asked him if his name was jim as he looked at me kinda funny like how the heck do you know my name? i told him my name was also jim and i had just shipped him his tow bar a week prior. WOW!!! i think i might play the lottery today, i think my chances of winning might be better than that happening

Here is another weird odds thing...DW's daughter is now in Rome on overseas study with her university for 3 months. DW works for a doctors office. The doc and his wife are on 2 weeks vacation in Rome. DW's daughter is in a plaza with her class group..and sees the doc's wife from across the plaza..she yells and such but her group and the doc's wife's group are going in different directions..so no contact but again..whats the odds of being from a small city in Indiana USA and running into someone else from your hometown in Rome, Italy?
