:( that reminds me of a time where I saw this pickup truck driving by. He had this little black thing dragging from behind his truck. When he pulled up to a stop sign I saw the little black thing get up and start walking towards the truck, it was a tiny dog. The guy headed off dragging the dog, I hollered and threw my shoe at him to get his attention but he kept going. I later heard someone else called him in and he "forgot" the dog was tied up. Sad stuff
