Atlanta Falcons

There was a man from Georgia in Hell and after a day of laboring in 90 degree and 90 % humility he was still whistling a looked rested. The devil was perplexed and asked him how he could be so happy. The man said he always worked hard and the heat and humidity was just like a summer morning in Georgia. So, the devil cracked up the heat to 120 degrees and 100% humidity, after a days of work the man was still in good spirits! Asked how, he replied today was just like a afternoon in August in Georgia. The next day the Devil cranked the temperature down to 35 degrees with a 30 mph wind. At the end of the day the man was ecstatic! The devil again ask why, the man said he knew for sure the Atlanta Falcon was going to be in the Super Bowl 'cause he'll just froze over.......... a little humor for the day - very little.....

Just my opinion,

The NFL should be ashamed of themselves for having such stupid overtime rules. In overtime both teams should get a possession. As it happen on Sunday, the falcons whole season was lost on a COIN TOSS. Who's to say that if they had won the coin toss, they could have scored a touchdown and won the game. But they did not even get a chance to try to tie the game. Stupid rule. Millions of dollars lost over a COIN TOSS.

Probably but we will never know for sure. What if it had been the other way around and Atlanta wins the toss, then scored a TD. Would you feel the same way? Wouldn't you want the Patriots to a chance to tie the game?

Atlanta had the entire 2nd half and overtime to play defense but never stopped Brady. They could've held the Patriots to a field goal in OT or kicked a field goal in the 4th quarter. The Falcons lost and the better team won.

I agree, the best team won, but the point I am trying to make is the fact that the NFL overtime rules could be unfair as it was with the Falcons. Their whole season and super bowl was lost because they lost a COIN TOSS. The rule should be changed to allow the team that lost the coin toss, to be able attempt to score a touchdown. If they do, the game is again tied and they continue, if they don't, game over, you lose.

The Falcons had a chance.. They just didn't have a defense.. That is the issue. I'm a Patriots fan, that lives in Atlanta. All i hear for weeks was about Atlanta offense.. I've said it once, if i've said it a million times defense wins championships. Without the stops Brady never had a chance to do anything.

Run 3 times, kick a field goal, win the Superbowl.

What kind of idiot calls a passing play on 3rd and 1?

When I die, I want my pallbearers to be 2 Falcons, 2 Braves and 2 Georgia Bulldogs, so they can let me down one last time. LOL
