Bear Spray

Went through customs at the Canadian border, man asked me if I had any weapons. I said I have a rifle and bear spray. He said to pull over and bring in the paper work for the rifle and spray. Went inside and the man looked at the paper work and the bear spray. Bear spray is in box. Paid for gun and then he asked me why the bear spray was still in box. I told him the only bears we have in California drives black and whites and you don't want to spray them. Told him I will take it out of the box when I get back in the motorhome.
