A couple were grocery shopping at Safeway. The husband picked up a case of his favorite beer, Black Butte Porter. His wife says "What do you think you're doing?. His reply "it's my favorite beer and a $20 a case it s good deal." She replied "we can't afford it - put it back."

In aisle 15, the cosmetics aisle, the wife picks out a bottle of face cream priced at $20. Hubby says "What are you buying that for?" Wifey's response is "It makes me look more beatiful." He says "So do 20 bottles of Black Butte."

Never knew what hit him.

Obviously newlyweds, an experienced married man would have never went down that road.

Yup! Newlyweds. Us experienced ones would take to steps backwards before saying something like that.

Reminds me of a song title, "The girls all get prettier at closing time".
