You bet your sweet bippy it is. Not only that I live in Souwtheastern Texas and that is further Souwth but not as far Souwth as The Valley. The Valley is where all ya'll Winter Texans go.
Ya'll say what'n ya'll want, but the only time I have a hankerin' to go Nort is in the summer time, but then we really don't have to as "everything" is air conditioned down these parts.
By the way, do you have a kindergarten graduation certificate? I understand that they give them out to those in the North that have graduated kindergarten in less than 3 tries.

In the Carolinas y'all is generally one person and all y'all is a group of people.

I'm using it in the slang vernacular of the pronunciation as yawl. If you follow correct English contractions it would be y'all, but I like ya'll better, and it sure as heck is better than the up North "you guys," or the "youse." (or is it yous)
Go back to kindergarten and try again. Hee hee!
