Tahiti16, I have the same problem as you; Father & 2 Uncles had/died of colon cancer. When I started getting colonoscopys @ 40 the Dr. said every year. Now, for the last 15 years my new Dr. says every 5 years if I'm clear of polyps. I'm 60 years old and have been clean for the last 16 years. I had 2 small ones removed about 17 years ago. I go for my colonoscopy every 5 years faithfully. Indiana Journey

There is a video on the web that you can find called the "Colorectal Surgeon" This was performed at one of their conventions. When I asked my Dr. if he had ever heard it I went to sleep with him singing the whole thing. Having a Dr. with a sense of humor made me feel a little better.
