If you are ever in Sun City, AZ do not shop at Orangewood RV on Bell Ave. When I called dealer I asked for a price quote for a tow plate and wire harness; installed. Informed I needed to put down a deposit for plate, OK. Appointment set, when I went in, no base plate ordered. Reordered which I knew was a bad mistake but went through with the order. Called to find out if plate arrived, had to call back to find out. When installed, informed wiring would be done but required extra charge. I inquired about initial price quoted, on plate and harness. Informed, I did not ask about harness. Strange why would I ask for a quote on both and be given only one price. Total price for base plate, wire harness and tag line....Less than $1000.00 That is how much I paid for the whole system plus installation. Go figure.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We have used Orangwood RV a couple of times and were very satisfied with the service, finding them competent, courteous and efficient.

Guess I'm dense. I fail to see any humor in that.
