Dear Tech Support:

Dear Tech Support:

Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0. I soon noticed that
the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of
space and valuable resources.

In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into all other programs and now
monitors all other system activity. Applications such as Poker Night 10.3,
Football 5.0 , Hunting 9.0, Fishing 7.5 , and Racing 3.6.

I can't seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background while attempting to run my favorite applications. I'm thinking about going back to Girlfriend 7.0 , but I cant seem to get the uninstall command to work on Wife 1.0 .

Please help!

Thanks,
Troubled User.....

Dear Troubled User:

This is a very common problem that men complain about.

Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it is
just a Utilities and Entertainment program. Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM and is designed by its Creator to run EVERYTHING!!! It is also impossible to delete Wife 1.0 and to return to Girlfriend 7.0 . It runs like a computer virus that is impossible to uninstall, or purge the program files from the system once installed.

You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed not to
allow this. Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under Warnings-Alimony/Child
Support . I recommend that you keep Wife 1.0 and work on improving the
situation. I suggest installing the background application "Yes Dear" to
alleviate software augmentation.

The best course of action is to enter the command C:\APOLOGIZE! because ultimately you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.

Wife 1.0 is a great program, but it tends to be very high maintenance .
Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean and Sweep 3.0 , Cook It 1.5 and Do Bills 4.2 .

However, be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will
cause the system to launch the program Nag Nag 9.5 . Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional software. I recommend Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0 !

WARNING!!! DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Secretary With Short Skirt 3.3 . This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system!

Best of luck,

Tech Support

Very easy to uninstall Wife 1.0. Just turn over all current and future financial, and asset program management and control functions. Unfortunately, girlfriend 7.0 probably will refuse to reinstall knowing you are unable to pay for updates and upgrades to Girlfriend 7.0.

Next time install a Mac, in about 10 years from now when you can afford it again, with an asian wife 1.0. Stay away from Microsoft american wife 1.0s. Of course, you are happy to stay in a loop if you wish.

Since you will not be able to afford it, trade in your rv for a bike and focus on your fitness. You will probably see as much as you probably saw with your rv that sat on your driveway amusing your neighbors who simply thought it was your doghouse.

FYI, I've not noticed much overall difference when upgrading to Wife 2, Wife 3 or 4.

Actually I did!!
Wife one moved out to be with her "girlfriend"!
Wife 2 "played the field" till I found out.
Wife 3 kicked me out then tried to come back.
Wife 4 has been around for 28 years now!

I'm on wife 2.0, after first wife 1.0 decided to go with boyfriend 7.0 (was once one of my best friends and co-worker). But wife 1.0 was a flawed program to start with and not much of a wife( she lasted 10 years and two great kids).

Wife 2.0 is great, we have been together for 18 years and married for 9, it always takes you longer to pull the trigger the second time around. Wife 2.0 didn't steal everything, we saved alot of money and invested well, and she loves to do outdoor stuff like MH'ing, hiking in the Sierras ect. It's amazing what a program change can do to your life, after a devistating 1.0...haha

I loved the post and it is so true. I am on Wife 1.0 for 57 years and when asked why I have been able to use this program so long I usually say " I have learned early on to say Yes Dear and sound sincere".

Happy New Year to all of you;

Don

What can I say,, I installed Wife 1.0 back in 1978, Alas the program ran with a few glitches but ran non the less till Easter 2013 when it crashed fatally (into a tree at an estimated 50 MPH) and could not be recovered.

Now looking for wife 2.0, but not very hard.
