After two weeks of extensive digging the FBI has announced it is calling off it's latest search for Jimmy Hoffa. They state they will rebuild the barn they tore down. They also commented that the search cost less than $250,000.

My barn is old and rickety, maybe someone will call the FBI and tip them off that Hoffa is buried under it. I'd love to get a new barn paid for by the feds.

Since he has been missing for over 35 yeras why is the FBI spending a mere quarter million dollars. If they found a corpse and if they were able to prove it was Hoffa, how much better off is our society really going to be? Finding him will probably not be the smoking gun leading to whomever put him there, which would probably require several more mere quarter million dollar boondoggles. If that is a major priority of the FBI then I think it is high time for others, i.e. congress to seriously question the FBI's ability to set priorities. Ken,'04 DSDP....

When did congress get the knowledge to set priorities? It's all in the name. Pro & con. We know what progress means. Congress must mean the opposite.

I think Jimmy was last seen in the company of Elvis going to the World Cup in cognito.

Hitchhiker. We are talking about the Feds here. If you put your rig in your old barn they will probably disassemble the rig before they tear down the old barn and they will have to buy you a better rig and a new barn. Some of them Feds ain't too smart.

Frank, I heard Hoffa is working as a body guard for Di and Doddie and they all were spotted at an Elvis concert.

As for Congress, they're so far into meltdown I expect to see them all pouring down the drain before New Years. This is too good to be true!!!
