It was funnier the way Wayne told it, so imagine his editted by his sense of humor.
Barb
-----------------------
Her bedtime prayer --

Before I lay me down to sleep,
I pray for a man who's not a creep,
One who's handsome, smart and strong.
One who loves to listen long,
One who thinks before he speaks,
One who'll call, not wait for weeks.
I pray he's rich and self-employed,
And when I spend, won't be annoyed.
Pull out my chair and hold my hand.
Massage my feet and help me stand.
Oh send a king to make me queen.
A man who loves to cook and clean.
I pray this man will love no other.
And relish visits with my mother.

His whenever prayer --*

I pray for an easy woman with big (insert noun here)*who owns a bar on a golf course, the RV of my dreams*and loves to send me fishing and drinking. This*doesn't rhyme and I don't give a hoot.

ROFLMAO

Now that was funnier, much funnier Barb.

Glad to see some other humorous people on the forum. If I didn't like jokes I just would not read the Humor thread. If I didn't like a specific post, I'd just shrug it off like a grain of salt. And many of the "true" stories are embellished by most, not all mind you, but most.

Thanks.

Now Wayne, I can't imagine anyone in this group adding anything beyond the facts, just the facts.

And I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me...

Has anybody else noticed that these things were NOT promised to be at the same time?

My grandfather's dream woman would have been a deaf, mute, blind, nymphomaniac whose family owned a chain of liquor stores.

You just had to post about Grandfather, you couldn't just post about yourself. Not with that lady hanging over your shoulder, heh?
