Talking Medical exam

A young lady was joining the military and was having her medical.
The Doctor told her, that her heart lungs and hearing were fantastic.
He checked her eyes. There were absolutely no problems.
He said I have only one more thing. Now show me the thing that gets you ladies into trouble. She started to remove her dress. The Doctor said no. I want to see your tongue.
